1. Executive Summary

The purpose of this project report is to provide an overview of the development process and features of the complete application suite for managing a large-scale international logistics company, Global Link Cargo & Removals Ltd. The project involved the creation of Android and iOS applications for various user roles, including Super Admin, Warehouse Admin, Hub Admin, Employers, Delivery Drivers, and Customers. Additionally, an Admin Portal was developed for Super Admin and Warehouse Admin. The applications were built using Flutter within a timeframe of 3 months, inclusive of market research and UI designing.

2. Introduction

Global Link Cargo & Removals Ltd. is a prominent international logistics company specializing in cargo and removal services. The company required a comprehensive software solution to streamline its operations, enhance efficiency, and provide a seamless experience for all stakeholders involved.   • Android and iOS applications for Employers: The Employers app provides a comprehensive toolset for managing employee information, scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance evaluation. It facilitates effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Android and iOS applications for Delivery Drivers: The Delivery Drivers app enables drivers to efficiently execute their assigned routes, manage pickups and deliveries, capture proof of delivery, and communicate with the hub and customers. It optimizes route planning and ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Android and iOS applications for Customers: The Customers app empowers end-users to conveniently access the logistics services offered by Global Link Cargo & Removals Ltd. It allows customers to place orders, track shipments in real-time, receive notifications, and provide feedback on their experience.
  • Admin Portal for Super Admin and Warehouse Admin: The Admin Portal serves as a web-based interface for Super Admin and Warehouse Admin to manage the overall system configuration, access detailed analytics, generate reports, and monitor key performance indicators.

4. Project Timeline

The project timeline spanned 3 months and comprised the following key phases:

  1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Comprehensive market research and consultations with stakeholders to identify the specific needs and desired features for each application.
  2. User Interface (UI) Designing: Creation of intuitive and user-friendly UI designs that align with Global Link Cargo & Removals Ltd.'s brand identity and ensure optimal usability across multiple platforms.
